Success

While it is not guaranteed that fellows will receive full-time employment offers with an HSG club upon the program’s conclusion, HSG does assist its fellows in finding full-time sports industry positions (based on interest) and will keep in touch with program alumni well after program completion.

All fellows from the inaugural 2021 Haslam Sports Group Diversity & Opportunity Fellowship Program accepted competitive, full-time offers in or adjacent to the sports industry, specifically, two with the Columbus Crew, one with Goldman Sachs, and another with CAA ICON. Two fellows from the 2022 class received full-time offers with the Columbus Crew and Cleveland Browns, one with Wasserman, and another returned to school to earn an MBA.
